Here's how you can successfully close out a project.
Acknowledgement & Completion: Acknowledge what worked and did not work, create room for the team to Look throughout all phases of the project and tell the Truth about what worked and did not align with the purpose and intended outcome of the project. Create an environment that allows all participants to say vs hide anything that is there for them to say in order to be free and move on. Most leaders and managers are too focused on 'geting on' with things vs doing complete work.

Your company is facing a crisis. How can you help them manage the change?
We have found that in a time of crisis often there is a reactive environment present for the leadership. Bring representatives of all departments together and give them an opportunity to say what is working and what is not working -- without commenting or criticizing what they say - just LISTEN. Looking from all perspectives usually results in discovering opportunities for actions which previously were not seen.

How can feedback improve organizational culture and performance management?
Feedback is essential to any person or organization that is committed to Excellence and sustainable continual leadership in their field of endeavor. A culture of Accountability demands constant feedback - both what is working and what does not work. The leadership must create this culture and constantly reinforce authenticity, accountability, and no retribution from those whose feedback may not fit with making everyone 'happy'. Integrity is required as a practiced value in the practice of authentic feedback.
