This piece from Motor Transport highlights the potential acceleration of robotics and automation adoption in retail supply chains as a result of an employment tribunal ruling against Next. The decision to invest in robotics and automation relies on having the confidence to make significant capital outlay in return for reduced OPEX in future years.
