LIFE Changes when WE CHANGE Few days ago I had a speech about Change Management, I shared a lesson I received in one my Thetahelaing certifications from the American Vianna Stribal, which teaches you how your mind works and how to make significant changes inside yourself, in which I explained that changes generate resistance in people because we generally try to impose, force things on people to the extend of their will, without listening to them, without respecting their free will...When we want to change someone, the message we are giving them is I do not accept you as you are, I reject you and that hurts people, since you go on their wound of rejection, which causes that wounds to continue to get deeper, causing more negative emotions and not really achieving the change you want, because we are not accepting people as they are, we reject people for not thinking like us, for not doing what we want to impose on them, for not respecting them... Instead of imposing changes on people, we need to understand their perceptions, which are not the same as our own. , what is most important to them, what their needs, concerns and with this information you can find a common point and get agreements and thats the only way you can you obtain the collaboration of people to achieve significant changes. The focus of Change must be COLLABORATION, INCLUSION, DIVERSITY in order to achieve a common objective and eliminate RESISTANCE. The key behind this is really LOVE PEOPLE and ACCEPT PEOPLE as the way they are... Thetahealing is one of the most profound techniques that helps you identify very deep wounds, at the level of the pineal gland, pituitary, auric field, soul and previous lives, to heal it deeply, eliminate limiting beliefs, reprogram it to understand that each of the interpretations or perceptions that people have are based on their life history, childhood wounds: abandonment, rejection, humiliation, betrayal, injustice and teaches you how to differentiate the perception of things under the gaze of the Creator of All that is and that of other people and thus be able to focus your mind under the gaze of the Creator of all that is (God, universe, etc.) and move forward with your life rediscovering your soul and your life purpose. The Tibetans taught me how the energy of this universe works and the laws that govern it to achieve inner peace and happiness...The Tibetans explained to me that beyond the action is the intention with which you do things, no matter how that the action is "good", if the underlying intention does not come from love, the result will not be what you expect If the intention comes from love: gratitude, compassion, mercy, love and the action is correct, the result will be more likely to be positive. If the intention comes from fear: rage, anger, hatred, resentment, revenge, emotional wounds and the action is correct, the result will be bad, or not be what you expected and you will generate negative karma which can affect you,

Great Leadership Lessons from an Inspiring Leader : Pedro Fernandes 1. One of the challenges of leadership landscape in general tends to be that top executives don’t usually seem responsible/accountable for the mistakes their team makes. Their seem untouchable or immune to the responsibility. 2. Many leaders tend to make themselves very busy, as to not have time to engage with and really understand the concerns of their team members. And care for them with humanity! 3. The courage to know oneself, and to abandon the characters we build during our lives, and the ability to be really vulnerable are fundamental characteristics of a leader. 4. Top Leaders, or executives sometimes struggle to understand the social context in which their employees live in. That’s why sometimes they do not understand when employees ask for a raise, they don’t see the many social factors that influence those needs. Great leadership should be close to the reality of their team. 5. Taking care of people is the most important job you have as a leader, and for that reason, if someone looks for you with concerns, you should make listening to them your top priority even at the expense of some “important” meetings. 6. Caring about people doesn’t mean you don’t care about results. But it means you understand that the people are the ones who make the results possible.
