Lytenava is now the first and only authorized ophthalmic formulation of bevacizumab for wet AMD treatment in both the EU and UK. The Vabysmo 6.0 mg single-dose PFS delivers the same medicine as the previously available Vabysmo vials but in a more convenient, ready-to-use format. The approved indications for Vabysmo include wet AMD, diabetic macular edema (DME), and macular edema following retinal vein occlusion (RVO). This approval represents a significant step forward in providing effective treatments for these serious retinal conditions.

🔍 April 2024 Update: Clinical Data Management (CDM) Job Market Insights Here's a detailed snapshot of the CDM job market as of April 2024, highlighting key trends, employer data, and the attributes most valued by professionals in the field: 1. Total Professionals: The industry hosts 6,325 professionals specializing in CDM. 2. Job Mobility: Notably, there were 774 job changes within the past year. 3. New Job Posts: There are 146 new job postings for clinical data managers. 4. Market Misalignment: Over 31% of CDM job postings remained unfilled for more than 3 months—a critical gap in talent acquisition. 5. Engagement Levels: Currently, 716 talents are highly engaged within the CDM sector. 6. Top Employers: Leading companies like PPD, Pfizer, and Bristol Myers Squibb have significant employment numbers but vary in attrition rates:   - PPD: 4% attrition rate   - Pfizer: 6% attrition rate   - Bristol Myers Squibb: 13% attrition rate 7. Rising Stars:   - Merck: Positive growth of 16% and a low attrition rate of 3%.   - Amgen: 13% increase in CDM professionals with a minimal attrition rate of 1%. 8. Challenges:   - Emmes: Experienced a 31% reduction in professional count and a high attrition rate of 36%. 9.
