How do you keep your network engaged during uncertain times?
In my most recent experience, I have found that… - people respond to questions in an effort to help others, show off their knowledge, promote themselves, or are just bored - asking questions with short answers will receive more comments such as “yes or no”, “red, blue, or green”, “1, 2, or 3”, etc. However, you will receive paragraph answers as well. Consider this when forming your question. - some people are afraid to add comments to social media because they don’t want anyone flirting with them. Therefore, you really need to monitor comments frequently and ban offenders. - private groups are more inviting to people because they are usually monitored more frequently.
