It was really interesting to see the results of the poll I posted last week. I asked my network what they believe is the biggest challenge facing Automotive Sales professionals in Michigan. Interestingly, the majority (43%) voted Economic Uncertainty was the biggest challenge, followed by Shift in Consumer Preferences(26%), then Supply Chain Challenges (17%). Gregory Papp made a great point in the comments about decision paralysis, I agree that each of these challenges when combined are contributing to customer uncertainty when purchasing new vehicles. I believe that the best Sales Professionals will be able to adapt to OEM demands as the industry continues to evolve based on what the end consumer is looking for. #CLMAmericas #Automotive #Michigan #CLMSearch #Sales
