  • USF Market Research Project

    During the fall of 2014, my team and I assisted in developing a research plan based on the in game experience of USF athletics through facilitating a focus group and designing an extensive survey. After this project was finished, we presented our findings and recommendations to the USF Athletic board.

    Our team was charged with initiating a relationship with a local Tampa Bay organization who was accepting of a fully integrated business analysis. The relationship we built with Performance Compound deemed itself to be mutually beneficial. The business plan included extensive demographic and competitor research, detailed marketing strategies, analysis of financial standing (including proforma statements), and further recommendations structured to increase membership and following nationwide.…

    Our team was charged with initiating a relationship with a local Tampa Bay organization who was accepting of a fully integrated business analysis. The relationship we built with Performance Compound deemed itself to be mutually beneficial. The business plan included extensive demographic and competitor research, detailed marketing strategies, analysis of financial standing (including proforma statements), and further recommendations structured to increase membership and following nationwide.

    Since the completion of the plan, Performance Compound has substantially increased social media followers (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram), has redesigned their facility to be more inviting and motivating for their clients, and has tailored their programs to better fit their clients' needs as well as Performance Compound's financial growth goals.

  • Fox Sports University - Tampa Bay Rays 360 Degree Marketing Plan

    -

    The University of South Florida formed a partnership with FOX Sports University in Spring of 2014 to work with Sun Sports and the Tampa Bay Rays in their efforts to increase viewership in the Tampa and St. Petersburg markets. Students created 360 degree marketing campaigns including digital, print, on-air, and in-market activation components to help Sun Sports and the Rays increase viewership and rating platforms. My team at USF won this contest with our campaign "Home Field Advantage."
