I presented a poster session on "Using an Asset Management System Effectively to Reduce Costs & Increase Security"
Summary: Are you wasting medications that expire before use, constantly running out of supplies, and struggling without an accurate record of your inventory and costs? Are your meds susceptible to theft? See how a Minneapolis program is using a computerized asset management system and other tools to solve these issues.
