  • Army Career Counseling Tool

In conjunction with a Computer Aided Design Class, I designed a flexible and robust spreadsheet model that allowed a series of user inputs in order to help soldiers determine the value of staying in the Army as well as provide monetary comparisons of jobs the soldier would be able to obtain if they decide to get out of the Army.

  • Infantry Warrior Simulation

Utilizing the IWARS simulation tool, I designed a realistic Counter Insurgency Operation and tested the interaction affects of combat multipliers such as UAV's and improved sensory devices. I provided recommendations on how to best equip a squad that was going to use a high amount of technology assets to be successful, analyzing the Squad X concept.

  • Boeing Advanced Concept Energy System

Design and simulate a microgrid on the West Point base. I was the lead simulation expert and utilized HOMER software to develop the model. The project was a competition between the Naval, Air Force, and U.S. Military Academies.

  • Queing Analysis

Utilizing Promodel software and Queing Theory I modeled a barbershop with both walk-in and appointment customers by collecting data over an extended period of time. I briefed recommendations to improve the systems service time to both types of customers.
