Finding culture fit to mission and vision ensure the success of the company and employee. Some questions with asking might include: -How often does the company do team building exercises? -What have been the biggest communication breakdowns in the past? -What is the interviewers personal vision supporting the corporate vision and mission for one year from now? 3 years from now? -What are the most common mistakes made that challenge the culture? Companies win who’s culture aligns with mission and vision are fun and the most likely to succeed, especially as a start up.

AUTOMATED ADJUSTMENT OF CLUSTER POLICY
Filed US WO2012158241
The automatic adjustment of policy within a cluster that includes a set of virtual machine servers (e.g., virtualization nodes). Each of the virtual machine servers has a server-specific hypervisor running thereon and may also execute one or more and potentially many virtual machines. Upon detecting that the set of virtual machine servers in the cluster has changed, the cluster policy is automatically adjusted to accommodate the change. As an example, a cluster policy may be changed such that…

Each of the virtual machine servers has a server-specific hypervisor running thereon and may also execute one or more and potentially many virtual machines. Upon detecting that the set of virtual machine servers in the cluster has changed, the cluster policy is automatically adjusted to accommodate the change. As an example, a cluster policy may be changed such that the changed set is considered when assigning new virtual machines to given virtual machine servers within the set. As another example, a store replication policy, in which a store is replicated across multiple virtual machine servers in the cluster, may be adjusted to account for the changed set of virtual machine servers.
