The pace of major announcements from #salesforce is increasing! I’ve been waiting months to hear what Life Science Cloud will include! I’m particularly interested to see that Salesforce has introduced benefits verification. This is transformative not only for life sciences, but if available in health cloud generally, fills a missing gap for provider CRM as well.
