  • Setting up Innovation Technology Innovation Hubs in America

    As a part of Infosys’ 2020 innovation and talent strategy, Infosys is setting up multiple Technology and Innovation hubs for new technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning in the Americas. The strategy is to hire 10,000+ American professionals in these hubs to focus on bleeding-edge work in new technologies.     As a part of Infosys’ 2020 innovation and talent strategy, Infosys is setting up multiple Technology and Innovation hubs for new technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning in the Americas.   • Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Council for Infosys

    As the champion for our North American operations, I identified and conveyed to the global leadership team the unique diversity and inclusion challenges in this region and proposed effective solutions. Once we assessed the scope of the challenges, I developed priorities and metrics aligned to the global goals and began to implement a solution-based program throughout North America. I monitored external and internal program communications and improvement throughout the region. As the role model…

I also served as a recurring speaker at Executive…
