  • Feedback prediction of the restaurants by applying learning algorithms to the actual reviews from the customers on the Yelp Website

    Collected more than 200000+ reviews from the Yelp website and applied Naïve Bayes bag of words algorithm, Support Vector Machines and Logistic Regression to predict weather the customers gave a positive review or not. Made predictions from the 3 models and came up the best model , Also highlighted 4000 key words , if some combination of these comes in the review, then review will be definitely positive. The final prediction on the new test data came out to be extremely accurate with the…

The final prediction on the new test data came out to be extremely accurate with the misclassification error rate of under 5%, implying more than 95% accurate prediction.
