Your automated email marketing campaign is falling short. How can you turn it around for real estate success?
• Track key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion. • Use behavior-based triggers, such as sending follow-up emails after someone views a listing or downloads a guide. • Implement drip campaigns to nurture leads through the process. • Include high-quality images of properties and engaging videos to attract attention. • Showcase success stories to build trust and credibility. • Avoid overloading recipients. Test different days and times to determine the optimal schedule for sending emails. • Offer compelling free resources (e.g., “Top 10 Home Staging Tips” or “Local Market Trends Report”) in exchange for email sign-ups. • Use retargeting campaigns to bring back leads who haven’t engaged with your emails recently.
