The Foundation evaluated each submission based on students’ academic ability and achievement, financial need, persistence, leadership, and service to others. The recipients selected represent 17 different states and plan to enroll at the nation’s most selective colleges.

  • Nevada Youth Activist Alliance Advocacy Recognition and Award

    Nevada State Legislature

    Received awards from the Nevada State Legislature with the Nevada Youth Activist Alliance (NYAA) for hosting the first ever youth lobby day with over two hundred young people lobbying the state capitol in April 2019. The work and activism of NYAA was recognized by Nevada lawmakers for our advocacy and organizing efforts during the 2019 legislative session.
