“Akshay was my Graduate Student Assistant for the White Antelope Memorial and First Nations Scholarship Program, for the Spring 2018 semester. This is a scholarship program for Native American undergraduate students at CU Boulder. He was responsible for hosting and running the required participation events. Akshay did a great job by doing all of the job tasks and in the manner that I had I requested. He oversaw the attendance forms for each event, he met individually with students and documented the meetings. The students on his caseload enjoyed working with him, as he listened well to their academic concerns. Akshay did an excellent job of keeping me updated with his students as well, which was very helpful. He was really great to work with as, he always clarified any questions he had and he had a very positive attitude. If I could hire Akshay again, I would definitely do so. Best, Sue Sue Lentz Academic Specialist WAMS/First Nations Scholarship Program Student Academic Success Program University of Colorado Boulder”
