How do network fees on Base Blockchain (by Coinbase) work? So basically fees are divided into two parts : A) L1 (ETH) Security Fees B) L2 Execution Fees Execution fees are calculated using the same mechanism as L1, specifically EIP-1559 (the upgrade ETH received on Aug 5, 2021). 5/31/2024 7:00 PM #BTC/USDT Update. 📈 #Bitcoin is forming an ascending triangle pattern on the daily timeframe and is trading just below the horizontal resistance. 🔍 We should closely monitor for a breakout or breakdown, followed by a retest of the triangle. We need to closely watch the daily, weekly and monthly closing candle at 8:00 PM ET tonight which should give us more information on the direction Bitcoin will be heading! I will continue to update Bitcoins progress throughout the night. 🧐

Galaxy (GAL), a web3 on-chain distribution platform, announced on its official blog that GAL tokens will migrate to G (Gravity) tokens on July 9 (local time) following governance proposal approval. G is the native governance token of Gravity, Galaxy's Layer 1 Omnichain, with an initial supply of 12 billion (10 billion ERC-20 and 2 billion BNB chain). Post-migration, existing GAL tokens will be destroyed and swapped with G at a 1:60 ratio, with GAL supported for one year after migration 🔄🌐🪙 #Bitcoinworld

In the world of memecoins, we’re seeing a clear split: PvP (Player vs. Player) and PvE (Player vs. Environment) tokens. PvP memecoins focus on competition, where users go head-to-head, creating a "winner-takes-all" dynamic. This model often drives hype and short-term rewards but at the cost of a potentially volatile and unpredictable experience. While this high-stakes environment appeals to some, I believe there's more to be gained on the other side. PvE memecoins foster community and long-term engagement, encouraging users to interact within the ecosystem rather than against each other. This approach, in my view, holds much more potential for sustainable gains and a more fulfilling experience. It’s about building together, not battling each other. Why PvE? For me, it’s simple: real value grows from collaboration. The PvE model focuses on rewarding those who engage meaningfully with the platform, which aligns with my philosophy of prioritizing long-term gains over short-term competition. Fees on Bitcoin have gone absolutely haywire post-halving. This is a screenshot from Magic Eden's Bitcoin ordinal inscriptions marketplace -- with current gas fees for transferring an inscription at $200! I might regret it later, but I'm not playing when it costs that much. This recent spike (which I think beats all previous records) is on account of the launch of Casey Rodarmor's new Runes protocol, a new 'meta-protocol' which (in layperson's terms) does for fungible tokens what ordinal inscriptions did for non-fungible tokens. I am now certain that Rodarmor is going to go down in the Bitcoin history books when they come to be written. Depending on what side of the fence you are on, he is either a pariah, destroying the efficiency of Bitcoin as a P2P payment network; or he is the person who single-handedly future-proofed the Bitcoin network by revolutionising the incentive structure for miners -- at a juncture when block rewards are rapidly dwindling away towards zero. In spite of my frustration with the costs below, I'm in the latter camp!

6/24/2024 6:00 PM ET Bitcoin Update: Don’t you just love resistance/support levels! ❤️ Bitcoin’s price fell to $58,402, right above the February 21st, 2021 Previous ATH of $58,352! 📉 This is more than likely close to or is the bottom and a great place to add to your positions! 💰 If it does continue down, the next target to watch is the low of $56,552 from May 1st, 2024, the inverse head & shoulders pattern that played out perfectly. 🕵️♂️ If the $58,352 was the bottom, then the next target is the $60,200 the next daily resistance level. 📈

Gox (starting with 1HeHLv) transferred approximately 47,228 BTC (worth $2.68 billion) to new addresses (starting with 1L7Xbx). Mt.
