You want to take your team’s product innovation to the next level. What software should you be using?
When doing initial prototyping, it's a great idea to make your mockups as low fidelity as possible so people don't get tripped up on colors and look/feel. You want to focus on telling the story of the problem you are solving and WHY this solves it, rather than focus on look and feel. Spend time to get the customer problem clearly identified and the narrative of why this solution helps improve the customer's life. Working in a "text only" tool, like MS Word or Google Docs, to document this is a powerful tool. From there, you want to start working on visual items to tell that story. Balsamiq, PowerPoint / Google Slides, and Miro are all great tools to tell that visual story.

What are common interview questions for Product Managers in Agile methodology?
When I interview PM candidates, I look to see whether they really understand agile, or whether they have just done courses and read books. One of the key ways to understand this is by talking about "Big A" vs "small a" agile. "Big A" Agile is about trying to recreate the exact experience you either learned about or experienced before with the development organization. This is often really hard to do and sets PMs up for failure as each organization has different needs and is at a different level of maturity. "small a" agile is about being iterative, and knowing that no two organizations are alike, therefore, you have to tailor your agile processes and thinking to meet the organization where it is on its journey.

Key takeaways: • NHIs often outnumber human identities by 45 to 1 in many enterprises • Traditional security measures struggle to keep pace with NHI growth • Implementing true zero trust for NHIs remains a significant challenge While the path forward isn't simple, there are actionable steps we can take: 1. Cybersecurity and privacy are broken. I rarely advocate for new regulation, but enough is enough. The US Federal government must do more to hold corporations, their boards, and their executives (not just CISOs) accountable to how they secure PII. The ARPA is a step forward in that direction, but it doesn't go anywhere near far enough. I fully support the message Charles Henderson laid out in the post below. What are your thoughts? Do you think regulation is needed, or would it just make things worse?
