Dan Koe made $4.2+ million in 2023. He says the difference between a $10K a month and a $50-200K a month creator business is as simple as this... Here’s how I wrote 15 LinkedIn content pieces in 3 hours for my client. Here’s exactly what I did: Step 1: I set a timer for one hour and turned on focus mode. Every time I wanted to check my phone, the timer kept me accountable. Step 2: I opened my ideation log. It’s where I keep all my content ideas—old, new, or half-baked thoughts. Step 3: I brainstormed. I wrote down any topic that came to mind, no matter how random. The goal was to get ideas flowing, not perfect posts. Step 4: I picked the best topics and drafted basic layouts for the posts. By the end of the hour, I had a few skeleton drafts ready. Step 5: I took a break. A short walk and a coffee helped me reset for the next session. Step 6: I repeated the cycle. I spent 30 minutes refining drafts and creating a few more posts. After another break, I polished everything—adding hooks, editing, and finalizing the posts. By the end of 3 hours, I had 15 valuable, well-researched content pieces ready to go. I recently found this process, and it’s really working well for me. Hook your podcast listeners with a killer guest intro. Here's how to do it right: Rule No.2: Don't bore people. Use the "Superlative Teaser" technique: 1. Highlight the most surprising aspect of your guest's expertise. 2. Keep it concise, around 2-3 sentences. 3. Focus on the most intriguing part of their background. 4. Avoid reading a full biography. Example: "In this episode, we're joined by the last remaining traditional trug whittler in southeast England. Discover how this ancient craft is preserving a piece of history and why it matters in today's world of mass production." Why it works: → Piques curiosity with rare expertise. → Promises unique insights. → Respects your guest by showcasing their best credential. The best creator entrepreneurs did this from the beginning: Iman Gadzhi, Ali Abdaal, Mike Thurston, Christian Guzman. Document don’t advise: - The wins  - The losses  - The obstacles - The challenges  - The brutal reality  - The hero’s journey   - The eventual triumphs People love this stuff. Why?
