    What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right?! 💪 Well we at Groove Life put this motto to the test in Q4 when we decided to not only onboard a new AI solution but a new helpdesk as well. Crazy right?! Thanks to Adam Gosciniak, who has tirelessly helped us all the way & continues to help us, along with the rest of the amazing team at Zowie, we actually managed to pull it off! We did what no (sane) man does - change helpdesks right before Black Friday. 😩 However, in just a little over a week, we've already earned almost $3K in revenue through online website chats with the assistance of a chatbot as well as an agent when needed. (this Zowie feature put a checkmark on my CX goal I set at the beginning of 2024 - Find a way to track CX generated revenue, which Zowie delivered!) 💰 I have nothing but really good things to say about this partnership. Zowie is a company who is for the CX people. They love taking feedback and doing their best to convert it into results that serve the team. I'm really looking forward to what 2025 brings in the coming year!
