At Zinnia, we have launched Bold Perspectives, a new expert series inspired by one of our core values: Be Bold. These sessions are designed to spark conversations that challenge and empower us as individuals and as a team. We were honored to host Susan David, Ph.D., renowned psychologist and author of Emotional Agility, for the inaugural session. It was an energizing and thought-provoking day at our Greenwich office, with Zinnia team members joining both in person and virtually from across the globe. Susan shared powerful insights on navigating change, building resilience, and embracing discomfort as “the price of admission to a meaningful life.” As a team that is working to simplify life and annuities, transforming an industry, these lessons resonated deeply. A heartfelt thank you to Susan for providing actionable takeaways for how our team can leverage emotional agility in our everyday lives and to the Zinnia team for their energy and engagement.
