Matt Smith of YHB Signs Contract! Latest high profile Inflo signing. With plenty more to come… In this digital world, it’s been a while since I had a customer sign a contract in-person! But it was a pleasure to do just that this week. Matthew is one of those people who elevates the room and boosts your energy. His passion and enthusiasm for his firm and the broader profession is infectious. He is a true leader who inspires others. He leads with integrity - never afraid to challenge perspectives and push others to be better. We sat down this week to celebrate YHB | CPAs & Consultants committing to moving their whole audit business to the Inflo platform. Go-live is on July 1st, 2025. We took the opportunity to reflect on how YHB had evaluated the market, why they chose Inflo, their implementation approach, and what is most exciting them about the move. It’s a great story of turning challenge and frustration into growth and purpose. What resonated with me most from Matt: “We’re not worried about the change. We have a plan and a partner who will help us. We’re excited about the opportunity.” I’m looking forward to seeing the benefit of this move for YHB’s clients and team.
