In our continuing integration of Pioneer Natural Resources with ExxonMobil, we have taken a “best of both” strategy in both big and small endeavors. That approach was on display at the Women’s Symposium hosted by the Midland Chamber of Commerce. Leaders from both teams came together, empowering women to connect. It was time well spent to learn and inspire each other through purposeful choices focusing on intentional actions for achieving personal and professional success, showcasing what excellence looks like. Bet your Autumn dollar, it's one of our favorite events of the season! Our amazing team at Big Lake hosted a 🍁 Fall Festival 🍁 for the students of Reagan County ISD. There were games and races, and lots of fun was had by all! Over 300 ExxonMobil families were on hand for a frightfully fun time at Fiddlesticks Farms. The celebration ended with a spectacular fireworks display, capping off an amazing Fall Festival.
