💭 For our second session on Innovation of the format with xShare we had the pleasure to listen to and discuss with: 🔹 Catherine E Chronaki, FHL7, FIAHSI, presenting the xShare project vision: everyone can share their health data in #EEHRxF, with a click-of-a-button. The #xShareYellowButton is to be featured across health portals and patient apps and shall allow people to exercise their data portability rights under GDPR. Hence, the European EHRxF will be the driver for research and innovation in the #EHDS. 🔹 Maria Marques presented a recap on Adoption sites and explained how they demonstrate the business need and test the implementation of the #xShareYellowButton 🔹 Giorgio Cangioli presented the concept of xBundles, which are targeted aggregation of assets that support the interoperability within and between health systems in different ways, based on EEhRxF specifications. Giorgio underlined the high participatory rates of key stakeholders across Europe and beyond to this effort. 🔹 Vasco Delgado-Gomes shared the yellow button implementation guide, from the download functionality to the access of the click-of-a-button and how health data can be shared. #XpanDHandoverDay #DigitalHealthInteroperabilityDays

😃 💭Here we are! We are kicking off the first sessions of the European Digital Health Interoperability Days at Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. 🔹 Alexander Berler presented the Community of Doers, gathering health care providers, patients and programmers/software engineers to work together. 🔹 Next, Apostolia Karabatea presented a concrete example of a collaborative approach across stakeholders, through multidisciplinary tumour boards for cancer patients, and key recommendations that came out of it. 🔹 Anne Moen provided information on ePrescriptions, eDispensations and Patient Summaries services + how to use, and benefit from them. By 2026, EU Member Stats, Norway and Iceland will be operational with the cross-border eP-eD services: "no harm is a service in multiple languages". 🔹 Sofia Franconi presented the Multi-Country working Group on Imaging's key recommendations for the XpanDH Community of Doers : to align imaging practices with EHDS objectives and to provide fully implementable specifications for improving interoperability. 🔹 Finally, Simon Lewerenz and Michael Johansen shared findings from the Teleconsultations Encounter report and the concrete example of the use of teleconsultations in Denmark. #XpanDHandoverDay #DigitalHealthInteroperabilityDays
