This morning, at the Nampa Chamber Of Commerce Business and Breakfast event, the Idaho Nonprofit Center and Idaho Community Foundation discussed the work, impact, and stats related to nonprofits in Idaho. During the presentation, they talked about the life cycle of an Idahoan impacted by local nonprofits, and the Wyakin Foundation was highlighted! Thank you to the Nampa Chamber for advocating for nonprofits and the Idaho Nonprofit Center and Idaho Community Foundation for all your work, advocacy, and education. #ICF #CommunitySupport #Wyakin

Please help us thank our Professional Development Seminar Venue Sponsor, Grand Canyon University! Grand Canyon University (GCU) has been a partner of the Wyakin Foundation for a few years now. Just this past fall, they opened their Boise Campus for the Accelerated Nursing Program and opened their doors to their beautiful facility for Wyakin's monthly Professional Development Seminars. If you are in the military, a Veteran, or a Veteran spouse in the Treasure Valley and interested in attending GCU locally or online, contact Jeremy Goto at jeremy.goto@gcu.edu. #VeteranSuccess #ProfessionalDevelopment #GCU #Wyakin

Mentorship is one of the core tenets of Wyakin, and it is uniquely tailored to each Veteran who joins the program. Check out our latest blog post featuring Wyakin Veteran Ashton and her mentor, Lisa Hoag. Their mentoring relationship is full of support, insightful advice, and friendship.
