As we approach the final weeks of the year, it’s important to take a moment to pause. Breathe deeply, center yourself, and reflect on what truly matters to you. Whatever recharges your energy—whether it’s a moment of stillness or simply doing nothing—remember to nourish yourself: body and soul. There’s no right or wrong way to care for yourself, as long as it aligns with what feels right for YOU. Deborah Day, author of Be Happy Now, puts it perfectly: “Nourishing yourself in a way that helps you blossom in the direction you want to go is attainable, and you are worth the effort.” With the holiday season in full swing—holiday hustle and bustle, business year-end tasks, planning for 2025, balancing work and personal commitments—now is the perfect time to take a personal time-out. Self-care isn’t just a luxury; it’s the best investment you can make for yourself. You deserve it. #SelfCare #WorkLifeBalance #EndOfYearReflection #Leadership #NourishYourself

A community of businesswomen dedicated to making meaningful connections, lasting friendships, and mutual growth.
About us
Welcome to Women to Women Network! We are a community of women in business dedicated to building strong connections, referral partners and friendships. Through a variety of events and social media, WtoWN provides a forum for collaboration, mentoring and sharing of ideas, resources, and inspiration. If you are a woman in business — whether you work for a company or you’re doing your own thing — we invite you to join us. Women to Women Network began as an informal monthly gathering for women in business to come together over a cup of coffee for conversation, meaningful connections, and inspiration for handling the challenges we each face in our businesses and careers. Founded in 2018, this diverse group of women has continued to grow with members representing all stages of business from young entrepreneur and start-up, to seasoned owner, manager or executive, and women in their second (or third!) careers. The common bond is a desire to grow, learn from each other, build a strong network of resources and referral partners, and support one another as we strive to achieve our goals.

When Toni Osmundson first began attending Women to Women Network (WtoWN) events, her goal was straightforward: to grow her business and connect with potential clients. However, what started as a business strategy soon became something much more impactful. Being part of WtoWN has pushed her out of her comfort zone in the best possible way. It has also changed her approach to networking. For anyone considering joining a networking group, her advice is simple: approach it with an open mind. You never know what opportunities, friendships, and personal growth might await. The friendships and relationships she’s built have not only helped her business grow but have also enriched her life in ways she didn’t expect. This is “more than just a networking group—it's a supportive space filled with camaraderie, trust, and women who truly care about each other's success and well-being.” Toni shares her experience and new perspective on networking in her recent blog post. https://lnkd.in/g5tW5nAV #WomenSupportingWomen #Leadership #Networking #PersonalGrowth

We recently had the pleasure of chatting with Angie Sperry of Zions Bancorporation and getting to know her better. Angie is one of our Idaho members and we love her genuine giving spirit. We are also inspired by her bold move this past year launching a new business! She credits her fellow members for their support and for giving her the confidence to fulfill a dream. “WtoWN has been instrumental in my journey—not only offering support and motivation but also contributing directly to my business growth. My very first client came through a referral from a fellow WtoWN member.” These are the stories we love to hear and are a reflection of what the Women to Women Network is all about: inspiring each other to dream big and then take action, supporting each other through our growth, and celebrating each other as our dreams are realized. If you have not met Angie yet, we encourage you to read more about her on our blog. And if you happen to be in the Boise area, check out the event calendar and make a plan to attend an event and find out for yourself what we are all about. Our members would love to meet you! https://lnkd.in/ggcsHv9J www.wtownetwork.com/idaho #InspiredandEmpowered #FemaleLeadership #FemaleFounder #WomenSupportingWomen

Leadership and Personal Growth: A Symbiotic Relationship Effective leadership and personal growth go hand in hand—one nurtures the other. At the heart of both is self-awareness: the ability to recognize and understand our own thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and values. It’s a cornerstone of personal and professional development, and it's essential for meaningful leadership. Personal growth isn’t a straight path. It requires the willingness to reflect, adapt, and continuously improve. Leadership today is no longer just about authority; it’s about embracing vulnerability and empathy. True leaders understand they don’t have all the answers. This vulnerability builds trust and fosters collaboration. By being open to feedback, admitting mistakes, and welcoming diverse perspectives, leaders create environments where growth is a shared responsibility. Personal growth isn’t just a result of leadership—it fuels it. Leaders who invest in their own development are better equipped to empower others, solve complex challenges, and create inclusive spaces where everyone feels valued. Kelli P., Women to Women Network Regional Director for SW Washington has experienced the personal transformation that happens when you step into a leadership role. “The more I grow as an individual, the more I’m able to uplift and inspire those around me. The cycle is continuous—leadership fosters growth, and growth strengthens leadership.” You can read more about Kelli’s journey of discovery and growth in her recent blog on our website. bit.ly/WtoWNBlog #Leadership #PersonalGrowth #SelfAwareness #Empathy #Vulnerability #GrowthMindset #InclusiveLeadership #Collaboration #LeadershipDevelopment

Meet member Hali Carson! Hali attended her first Women to Women event in December 2022 and became a member shortly after. She was seeking opportunities for personal and professional development and could instantly tell she was in the right room. The Coffee + Connect events are something she looks forward to every month. The conversations and focused, intentional discussion topics always leave her feeling inspired after the event. Women to Women Network is more than just a networking group; it’s a community of genuine women who serve as cheerleaders and are dedicated to empowering each member to become the best version of themselves and that is what keeps Hali coming back. Hali is not only a member, she has served on leadership helping guide our Virtual Programming alongside fellow member Davina Ware. Hali began her career in the CPG industry in March 2020 and is currently a Business Specialist at RecorGroup in Eagle, Idaho. In her role, she supports client operations, trains new hires and current employees, and is a member of the company’s event planning team. Before joining RecorGroup, Hali graduated from Boise State University with a degree in criminal justice and spent three years working at a local law firm. You can meet more of our members by visiting www.wtownetwork.com and browsing the directory, or by attending one of the many monthly in-person or virtual events we offer. Guests are always welcome! #WomenLeaders #WomeninBusiness #WomentoWomenNetwork
