Did you get a chance to join Tuesday afternoon’s Fishbowl Sessions at #WIPL? In the center of the room, the ‘fishbowl’, a moderator and 2-3 experts were seated alongside an empty chair. Participants then entered the fishbowl for a discussion point and could leave to open the spot for someone else to join, making for a fast-moving, highly interactive moderated discussion. Topics included: Non-Compete Dilemmas, Guaging the Value of AI, Getting on the Same Page as Outside Counsel & Engaging New Generations.
