Since then, she has made a lasting impact, creating customized Learning Management Systems (LMS), developing DEI programs, and fostering inclusivity within the industry. 🚗✨ Jillian’s dedication to education and inclusivity is reflected in her numerous accolades, including the Mort Schwartz Excellence in Education Award, certifications in Diversity and Inclusion, and her active involvement in industry committees. The First International Meeting of Women’s Communities Leaders in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry took place at AAPEX this year! This groundbreaking event brought together professional leaders from Colombia, Mexico, and the United States, marking a significant step towards fostering global collaboration in our industry. We were honored to have representatives from: Colombia: Asociación del Sector Automotriz y sus Partes (Asoportes) Mexico: Asociación Nacional de Representantes, Importadores y Distribuidores de Refacciones y Accesorios United States: Auto Care Association The meeting commenced with warm welcoming remarks, followed by insightful introductions from each participant, who shared the unique initiatives their organizations are championing. Together, we explored potential collaboration opportunities, focusing on joint initiatives, events, and resource sharing. This gathering not only set the stage for future partnerships but also reinforced our commitment to empowering women and strengthening the global automotive aftermarket community.

Calling all creatives! We're excited to announce a T-Shirt Design Contest ✨ We invite you to help us create a one-of-a-kind t-shirt design for the Women in Auto Care 2025 Leadership Conference! The theme for this year’s conference is “Navigating the Road Ahead”, and we’re excited to see your creative interpretation. Please follow these design requirements when submitting your design: ✔️ Incorporate the Conference Theme: The design must include the conference theme: “Navigating the Road Ahead.” Designs should reflect themes of leadership, empowerment, growth, and the automotive industry. ✔️ Include the Year: The design must include “2025” as part of the artwork. ✔️ No Company Logos: To maintain neutrality, designs must not include any company logos, branding, or promotional references. ✔️ Original Work: Submissions must be original work created by the entrant. Any copyrighted material will be disqualified. ✔️ Design Format: Designs should be submitted in black and white. Submit your design as a high-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF file. If selected, we may request vector files (AI, EPS). ✔️ Design Placement: The design should fit within the back of the t-shirt. Submission Deadline: January 15, 2025. Late entries will not be considered.
