Last week, our WiseCARES! Team spent time at Dogs For Our Brave, learning about their incredible work in training service dogs for veterans. From cleaning dog condos to organizing materials, we were honored to support their mission of providing fully supported, professionally trained rescue dogs to those who’ve served our country. We even got to watch Riddrick, a dog in training, turn on lights and open the fridge door—and that's just the beginning of what he'll master as he progresses through his training! Our third annual Car Cruise was an amazing time! The lot was packed with cool cars, a classic rock DJ, and Boy Scout Pack 430 serving up delicious food. We also held a raffle with proceeds supporting Open Door Animal Sanctuary, one of the area's only no-kill shelters. It was a fantastic day filled with community, cars, and giving back! 🚗🎶🍔

The WiseCARES! Team had a great time volunteering with Angels’ Arms, helping to prepare one of their foster homes for a new family. From scrubbing floors to polishing windows, we were inspired by the incredible work Angels’ Arms does every day. Angels’ Arms is a foster care that engages local communities, provides homes and resources. With 15 homes across the St. Louis area and a mission to keep siblings together, they’ve positively impacted the lives of over 100 children annually since 2003.
