Our in-office festivities were filled with laughter, connection, and plenty of holiday spirit. Over the summer, Windes employees came together for our annual Windes Gives Back Day, making a lasting impact on our community. At Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, over 100 team members volunteered to support RAD Camp (Rising Above Disabilities), an organization dedicated to empowering kids and adults with developmental disabilities through summer camp programs. Our volunteers helped bring smiles to the campers’ faces by running game stations like blow-up basketball, jumbo Connect 4, and coloring activities during the camp’s closing ceremony. Remote team members also participated by volunteering locally with organizations focused on environmental cleanups, food banks, schools, animal shelters, and more. Though some time has passed, the memories and impact of this day remain fresh in our hearts.
