  • ✅ We continue our series of events in Budapest, where our colleagues from Munkahelyeink.hu are present at the HR Fest within the Business Fest, the biggest HR event in Hungary. 🎯 As supporters of HR FEST through "Beyond Brand", we have prepared provocative discussions on how to build an authentic and transparent brand, where Costin Tudor, CEO WhereWeWork shares information about Authentic Employer Branding, and in the panel on Salary Transparency he discusses alongside Raluca Hagiu COO WhereWeWork the main dilemmas in the region for both employees and employers. We are grateful that we are able to promote the values of transparency and authenticity in the labour market in increasingly wider contexts and that we are not alone in this endeavour. 🙏 Thank you and stay tuned for more insights from the events we attend. #wherewework #Businessfest #Businessfest2024 #HRFest #ITFest #SalesFest #sajátszínpad

  • 🙌 It's the end of the day at the HR Masters Summit conference during Bucharest Tech Week. Thank you for coming along and visiting our booth. We participated in really interesting discussions about digitization of work, empathetic leadership, skills and trends in HR. 💡 We are sharing with you some keynotes from the conference by Costin Tudor: - Highly experienced employees want more flexibility, more days off from employers, while for those applying for entry-level jobs, fairness, equity and friendly management are more important; - It is important to look at workplace processes and ask ourselves, if we can't solve a situation individually or as a team, can't we solve it with technology? - Let's remember to be and stay human, and learn to use technology, not just to make our work more efficient and thus put more pressure on us to always perform at our best, but to use it to have more time to create and relax. 🙏 We're glad we were partners of the event and could bring the values of authenticity and transparency closer to you!  #undelucram #hrmasterssummit #bucharesttechweek #conference #hr #humanresources

  • We're at the #HRMastersSummit Conference today at Bucharest Tech Week with experts in the field 🚀 Costin Tudor opened the event with a speech about the importance of staying human and learning how to give and receive feedback, as well as the latest regional survey we conducted that addresses the use of artificial intelligence tools in the workplace. The survey was completed by more than 5,250 HR professionals in 5 countries: Romania, Republic of Moldova, Greece, Hungary and Bulgaria. "To remain relevant in 2024, the activity of any HR department should focus on three key aspects: integrating artificial intelligence into everyday tasks, the ability to accept feedback and remain human, and openness to continuous learning and improvement as employees", says Costin Tudor CEO, WhereWeWork.com ✨️We are happy to share with you the highlights of the HR Masters Summit! #undelucram #hrmasterssummit #bucharesttechweek #conference #hr #humanresources

  • 🙌 We return with some conclusions after these intense days spent at the RecBuzz Conference, Barcelona. AIM Group (Marketplaces / Classifieds) has managed this year to bring the event to a bigger scale and to take into account the needs of specialists to be updated with the trends and perspectives of the biggest players in the market. Not only the focus on the know-how of the big companies was a key point, but also the experts' interest in peer-to-peer discussions. 👥 That's why round table sessions are a key asset at such events. 🤖 With studies showing that by 2030, almost 800 million jobs may be lost due to automation and artificial intelligence, and at the same time around 950 million new jobs will be created, there is a need to rethink the way we hire and grow talent in companies. At the same time, the number of US companies that no longer require education has increased by 4% in the last 3 years, from 15% in 2021 to 19%. 🚀 Thus, expanding talent search to look for employees with relevant skills is increasingly important. Another key takeaway is that labor shortages will continue to exist in all spheres of activity, and the solution is to try a skills first approach. 🎯 All of this tells us that the way we emphasize new skills and the continuous learning of employees puts a mark on the success of companies. That is precisely why our colleague Raluca addressed this topic of upskilling and reskilling during the Round tables session. WhereWeWork, throughout the platforms in Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, and Hungary, relies on smart solutions to address upskilling and reskilling through Linkedin Learning. You and your team can access and learn new skills from over 21,000 expert-led courses available on the platform. 💙 We're glad to have been a part of this event and share some of the latest news from the job marketplace with you. #wherewework #recbuzzconference #conference #hr #labormarket #upskilling

  • 🌍 Our colleagues, Raluca and Costin are present at the RecBuzz Conference, Barcelona, organised by AIM Group (Marketplaces / Classifieds) ready to mark down new trends and changes in the job market. 📝 So far, the topics discussed have been ones that address both the realities of companies in this current economy, but also the needs of employees and candidates. We are delighted to be a sponsor of this Conference and to promote transparency and the relationship between employees and employers, beyond the geographical areas where we are present. Among the issues discussed are how to smarter hire young talent using the transformative power of AI (Roman Campa), migration as a double-edged sword and the labour shortage (Julius Probst), and ways a company can unlock new revenue streams in talent acquisition (Brandon Mitchell). 📆 In the second part of the day, our colleague Raluca will moderate a roundtable on Reskilling and Upskilling, but we'll be back with more information tomorrow. 🎯 The RecBuzz conference gives us a new dimension to the challenges and solutions we can implement in this changing world, and we're glad to be a part of it. #wherewework #recbuzzconference #conference #hr #trends #job #labourmarket
