🎁 Holiday Shenanigans Alert! 🎁 At Welch's, we believe in working hard and having a little fun along the way—especially during the holiday season. This year, our Finance team stepped up their holiday spirit with a lighthearted prank on our Corporate Controller, Troy Iannaco, CPA. Imagine walking into your office only to find every surface, photo, chair, pen, and even your stapler beautifully wrapped in holiday wrapping paper! The laughter and cheer that spread throughout the office as word spread of this epic holiday prank reminded us all how important it is to make time for joy during this busy season. Starting his journey on the cleanup crew, Jimmy stayed relentlessly focused and worked his way through various roles in our Processing department and now expertly operates the Depal on our production lines. A local through and through, Jimmy always knew Welch’s was where he wanted to build his career. Over the years, he’s come to appreciate the opportunity to grow and thrive in one place, where he can rely on competitive pay and comprehensive benefits close to home. His favorite Welch’s treat?
