🦃💙 This Thanksgiving, we're reflecting on the love, gratitude, and connection that make up our wear blue family. From potlucks in base housing to elaborate spreads across the globe, the constant has always been the strength of community and the stories we carry in our hearts. As we gather around our tables, we honor those who can no longer sit with us by ensuring their legacies live on. Through wear blue, we create a space to remember, run, and give thanks for the sacrifices made for our freedoms. This season, we encourage you to pause, reflect, and run with purpose. Whether it’s a solo mile or a shared step with friends, let’s carry their stories forward together. 💙 What are you most thankful for this season? Share with us below. #Thanksgiving #RunHonorBelong #wearblue #Gratitude

💪 How does the Gold Star Youth Mentorship Program work? Starting in March, we pair surviving youth with military-connected mentors for a 10-week wellness-focused journey. From training to team-building and weekly Saturday morning sessions, this program is designed to empower and uplift our Gold Star and Surviving families. Together, we’ll run a 5K on Memorial Day in honor of their fallen hero. 🏃♂️ #MentorshipInAction #GoldStar #mentorship #wearblueruntoremember

🌟 This spring, we’re excited to kick off the Gold Star Youth Mentorship Program (GSYMP), a transformative journey for school-age youth who’ve lost a parent or sibling due to military service. Through mentorship, active remembrance, and connection, we’re building confidence, fostering personal growth, and creating a sense of belonging within the Gold Star and military communities. 💙 #GoldStar #mentorship #wearblueruntoremember

🌟 Join us in honoring the service and sacrifice of our military by volunteering with wear blue: run to remember during the San Antonio Rock-n-Roll Marathon on Deember 8th! 🇺🇸 With the support of our incredible partner, KPMG, and the generosity of JLL, we’re creating a community of remembrance for military families, veterans, and Gold Star families. On designated race days, volunteers bring our tribute wear blue Mile to life. Along a mile of the course, volunteers hold American flags adorned with ribbons sponsored by JLL, each bearing the name of a fallen service member. Leading up to the flags, Faces of the Fallen Tribute Posters, featuring the name and image of each honored hero, line the path, creating a powerful, lasting memorial. 💙 If you're inspired to give back, connect with others, and stand with families who’ve sacrificed so much, we’d love to have you with us. 📅 Ready to volunteer in San Antonio? Sign up today and be part of this meaningful tribute. https://lnkd.in/eVTfk5ny #wearblueruntoremember #Volunteer #SanAntonio #KPMG #JLL

Today, we pause to honor the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of our Veterans. Their commitment has shaped our nation and safeguarded our freedoms; we are forever grateful for that. 🇺🇸 At wear blue: run to remember, we stand united in remembrance and gratitude—not just today, but every day. Through each step, each mile, and each gathering, we carry forward the legacy of our Veterans who have served and sacrificed. Join us in honoring their service by dedicating a run or walk, sharing their stories, and keeping their memory alive. To all Veterans, we thank you deeply for your unwavering dedication. For the fallen. FOR THE FIGHTING. For the families. #VeteransDay #HonoringService #WearBlueRunToRemember

What an unforgettable Marine Corps Marathon weekend! From the spirited tribute wear blue Mile to the powerful strides of our Gold Star Race Program athletes and runners in blue, this event was a testament to resilience, remembrance, and the strength of community. 💙 Together, we honored the fallen and supported the families they left behind. Volunteers, community members, Gold Star families, and athletes came together to create a powerful Circle of Remembrance, setting the tone for a race filled with purpose. Thank you to our incredible partners—Blue Cross Blue Shield, Microsoft, TRSS, 7-Eleven Cares Foundation, Comcast, Fisher House, and JLL—and to every volunteer who ensured our fallen heroes were remembered with every step. Special shoutout to our Gold Star athletes who pushed beyond limits in honor of their loved ones. You are the heartbeat of wear blue. To every runner, supporter, and volunteer—thank you for making this weekend unforgettable. Together, we remember. #MarineCorpsMarathon #wearblueruntoremember #HonoringOurHeroes
