Happy Tuesday! Today's tip is all about taking care of yourself. The next few days and weeks are going to be hectic with the holiday rush. Between your business and your family, you may get overwhelmed. Don't forget to take your "Me Moments." These can be anything from a few minutes to an afternoon. The purpose is to do something that is just for you. Pause and give yourself a moment to breath. Never forget that the best way to take care of everything is to start with taking care of yourself.

"No, you can't do that!" "What were you thinking?" Self-doubt creeps in to all of our thoughts at times leading to that dreaded imposter syndrome. So how do you eliminate self-doubt? Our own Nancy G. Allen refers to these moments as being the work of a Gremlin. Many of us have very loud Gremlins, so here are some tips to help you stop listening. 1. Name your Gremlin. 2. When you hear your Gremlin, call it out. 3. Replace your Gremlin with your Wisdom Guide - give her a name and affirmations she will say to you. Keep in mind: "Talk to yourself like you would to someone you love." Brene Brown Find more tips in Nancy Decision Book Series: https://lnkd.in/eZnWb9h3
