Bangladesh's leading technology product manufacturer, Walton Digi-Tech Industries Ltd has launched a new model of 40ppm automatic duplex printer. With this state-of-the-art Walton printer, users can easily print from a computer or laptop as well as a smartphone or tab through app. The new model of the Walton printer, which has come to the market under its 'Printon' brand, is Printon OP401DW. The price of Walton's new printer with fast printing facilities is Tk27,500. The new model of Printon printer was inaugurated by Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Secretary Shish Haider Chowdhury and Chairman of Walton Digi-Tech Industries Ltd, S M Rezaul Alam at the recently held Advanced Technology Solution or ATS Expo-2024 industry fair.

WALTON Group of Industries was founded in 1977 as a trading company. Over the next three decades the group diversified into steel, textiles, electronics and automobiles. Walton entered into the steel industry in late 1970s and the electronics and automobiles in early 2000s; these areas would drive it's subsequent growth. Since 2000s Walton has expanded towards electronics and automobiles and these became it's most important sources of income.
