By harnessing the strengths of both SAF and hybrid-electric systems, we can pave the way for a more sustainable aviation landscape. This approach not only aligns with our commitment to innovation but also enhances the efficiency and environmental performance of our aircraft. “VerdeGo Aero’s hybrid powerplants enable electrified aircraft to be up to 60% more fuel efficient than conventional aircraft, while also being compatible with Sustainable Aviation Fuels. When hybrids and SAF are combined in next-generation electrified aircraft designs, the results can be a 75%+ reduction in total emissions alongside substantial reductions in operating cost,” said Eric Bartsch, VerdeGo Aero’s CEO. VerdeGo Aero is excited to announce we have been awarded a $1.9M TACFI contract by the USAF.
