About us

We are a local Austin enterprise bringing change to commercial cleaning for the food and beverage industry. There are numerous cleaning companies offering “restaurant cleaning services”, but they don’t specialize in restaurant cleaning. At Urban Simple, our focus is the food and beverage industry, with customized, targeted services to insure a clean, healthy environment for patrons and staff. Most cleaning companies clean EVERYTHING - houses, garages, warehouses and other industrial structures... we clean Restaurants & Bars. Why have cleaners who just cleaned an industrial garage cleaning your kitchen and dining room? There seems to be an ever growing disconnect between "commercial cleaning" companies and their clients. Urban Simple is working to close that gap. By utilizing web-based project management and communication applications we keep our cleaning associates, management and clients all on the same page and in the know. In addition, our customer care and support is 2nd to none. Our quality assurance associates make frequent weekly visits to all clients, ensuring the services are being performed to the highest of quality standards. Some of our targeted services include antimicrobial treatments for areas of elevated touch traffic, like POS devices and door handles to help keep your staff and patrons healthy. These treatments last up to 90 days, and we offer these services free of charge. We have also implemented the use of all non-toxic, non-corrosive, biodegradable cleaning solutions which we offer free of charge.
