Property owners have an opportunity to drive new traffic to their properties and add a new revenue stream from the sale of electricity. Well researched article from Jane Margolies at the The New York Times on how efforts from Mercedes-Benz High-Power Charging (shout out Chelsey Williams!) and Walmart, to name a few, are jumping into this nascent market.
