Imane S. grew up in Morocco and became a doctor before achieving her next dream: seeing the world as a flight attendant with United. Her journey made our recent inaugural flight to Marrakesh even more meaningful, as did our event with Project Soar, a local nonprofit that empowers teen girls. Imane and other members of our flight crew were honored to deliver soccer balls, backpacks full of notebooks, pencils, iPads and more to the organization. Starting today, United is integrating the Share Item Location feature for AirTag through the United app. 99% of our customers’ bags make it to their destination on time, but in the event that yours is delayed, you can now share its precise location with our customer service team through the United app. Our team will then be able to view your item on an interactive map to reunite you faster. The location sharing will be disabled as soon as the bag is returned. This new feature is available as part of Apple’s iOS 18.2 update.
