Key Highlights 💰 Investment of $123–$159 billion: A 30-year forecast supporting maritime capability and industrial growth. ⚓ Long-Term Capability Projects: Conventionally-armed nuclear-powered submarines Enhanced lethality surface combatants Minor war vessels and Army landing craft 👷 Workforce Growth: 8,500 jobs in naval shipbuilding and sustainment by 2030 20,000 jobs over 30 years to support the Nuclear-Powered Submarine Program 🌍 A National Endeavour: This Plan strengthens collaboration across government, industry, academia, and trade unions, enhancing Australia's ability to build, sustain, and operate maritime capability.
