  • Meet Brody! He started working with me and Teen Edge at the age of 9. :) You start at Teen Edge and move up to Built-2-Win! I teach kids how to talk about themselves and if they meet someone how to give a quick pitch on their value! Communication is everything! Should be learned, practiced and mastered….

  • Built to Win was invited out last week to speak with Area 1 school liasons in Illinois about ways to help at-risk youth succeed beyond the classroom! We offer workshops that help instill soft skills and life skills that aren’t covered in the usual school curriculum! Thanks for having us out!

  • Being in sales, I know how hard it is to get a new client on board… I believe in working just as hard to keep those same clients happy and give them an experience! Clients are the heart and soul of a business. When we lose sight of their needs, and challenges, you open the door for your competitors to step in. And in a world where customer experience is king, competitors are ready to scoop up anyone who feels overlooked or underappreciated. This doesn’t just start and stop at the sales rep level but all levels including customer service, billing, product, implementation, leadership and it starts with the company vision & mission. Every level must be aligned with the same mission and that is to give white glove service at all times! I am relentless in putting clients first in everything I do. In sales, it’s not just the companies reputation, it’s mine too! As my cover photo says “Always a partner, never a vendor!”

  • We are a very competitive family! We have high energy, lots of intensity and a tad crazy when we are playing any game….from sports, trivia, board games…. ANYTHING! There is no “it’s JUST a game” for our family and we never ever have LET them win! Why? Kids excel when expectations are high. When competing as equals kids often out-perform parents’ expectations of them. We let therm make their own decisions in a game, they begin to form their own strategies and tactics based on observation, trial and error. They will figure out why they lost and make the necessary adjustments! Failing throughout their life is a given. Life is hard. They need to know how to handle that. And no I’m not a believer in everyone gets a trophy mentality. 😬
