Last month we hosted the 3rd Annual Tommy DeRoia Memorial presented by Western & Southern Financial Group at Mayfield Country Club in memory of my brother in law. With over 72 golfers and the addition of a benefit dinner attended by 120+, this year's event raised over $90,000 (!!!) for the Tommy DeRoia Success Foundation - a 501(c)(3) dedicated to ending the cultural stigma of addiction and providing financial support to those on their recovery journey. Net proceeds from this event will be 1) donated to established treatment facilities that offer continuum of care to those in recovery and 2) provide personalized care bags to hundreds of patients entering treatment each year. We are grateful for all of our donors, sponsors, volunteers, golfers, and dinner attendees that contributed to our cause and made the day such a success.
