🌅 How can your day start crappy with that smiling face keeping you company. The way you start your morning sets the tone for your day. Or so I was told. I didn’t really get it until I created an intentional morning routine when I’m home. Coffee (priorities). 15-minute yoga. And mindfulness in the garden with Lambo. 🧘🏼♂️ Every nice day during the week after the pack does their morning business, Lambo jumps up on the bench and waits for me to join him. I do my breathing and PQ reps while giving him his favorite ear rubs. Sometimes he tries to eat the bees. And we just laugh. After my morning routine, I feel calm, focused, and ready to tackle the day! 🌈 It’s June! LGBTQ+ Pride Month. It's also “𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙗𝙤𝙬 𝙘𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙢” month for many. Support takes more.
