I know exactly who needs to hear this and I won't tag them but 👀 it's 2024 and we no longer hire like we did in 1980 heck, we don't even hire like we did in 2019! ➡️ AI has transformed sourcing. ➡️ Remote work changed everything about candidate engagement. ➡️ Social media revolutionized employer branding. Yet so much "expert" recruiting advice is stuck in the past. 🙄 That's why I created Throw Out the Playbook Podcast, a podcast featuring practitioners who are actively innovating and succeeding in modern talent acquisition. No fluff. No outdated frameworks. Just actionable advice from those in the trenches. My guests share their wins (and failures) on: ✔️ Building talent communities that actually work ✔️ Creating content that attracts passive candidates ✔️ Measuring what matters in modern recruiting ✔️ Proving ROI and getting management on board What’s the one topic you most want to hear about in 2025? 👀 --- P.S Throw Out the Playbook is available on YouTube and wherever you get your podcasts 🎧

Fun fact: There's always someone who knows LESS than you Always! That's what I've always told any team members hesitant to participate in and Employee Advocacy program. We tend to think that we have nothing to share because we're not experts. But you're always further along than someone else. And even people who are further along in their career than you are, have forgotten things. Even the most junior person in your organization has something valuable to share with your ideal customers and candidates. What's the most surprising thing about your role that you thought was common knowledge but learned that lots of people didn't know? 👀
