Construction

Promoting diversity and inclusion while educating people in achieving one's goals.

About us

As one of the women in the construction industry, I believe that equality, diversity, and inclusion are of utmost importance in the construction industry. It is a fact that inclusive work environments lead to greater engagement. This is especially critical in the construction industry, where teamwork and effective communication are essential. It is, therefore, my quest to spotlight and give voices to men and women in the construction space – individuals who made their way to success despite all the challenges along the road. Thus, Thriving in Construction, The Podcast was born!
