At Thomas Built, our Customer Experience (CX) and Service Team is here to make a difference every day for our Dealers and Customers. Formed less than two years ago, this team has been integral in shifting our approach from simply “servicing” to truly engaging with each touchpoint. From managing recalls to resolving technical issues and gathering feedback, we're redefining what customer experience means in the bus industry. Our three main focus areas: 1️⃣ Recall and Service Campaigns: Implementing new dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility and improve the Dealer Scorecard. 2️⃣ Technical Issue Resolution: Empowering Dealers with real-time, web-based support so that urgent calls can be addressed within two minutes or less. 3️⃣ Voice of Customer: Refreshing our survey tools to ensure we’re gathering meaningful feedback that drives improvement. Together, we’re learning, evolving, and making a meaningful impact. Every TBB employee plays a role in building a collective mindset that asks, “How can we help?” This proactive approach strengthens our support for the Jouley and prepares us for future innovations. We recently had the opportunity to take part in the launch of the Duke Energy Corporation + Electrada Fleet Mobility Microgrid in Mount Holly, NC. This collaborative project between Duke Energy, Electrada, and Daimler Truck Financial Services USA LLC marks a significant milestone in the journey toward fleet electrification.     Electrada’s charge hub serves as a working model for Charging as a Service (CaaS), providing customers like Salem Leasing with a predictable electric fuel program supported by reliable uptime and expert operational management. By handling design, project management, and ongoing operations, Electrada is helping fleets seamlessly transition to electric vehicles.     With a Jouley and MT50e on display, we were honored to represent Daimler Truck North America and DTFS, a founding participant in this effort to decarbonize fleet operations and advance sustainable transportation.     At Thomas Built, collaborating with industry leaders like Duke Energy and Electrada reflects our commitment to advancing innovation and promoting cleaner transportation solutions.
