TRANSITION AZIMUTH CHECK [TrAC] A Transition Program For SOF Service Members 04 - 12 February 2025 I Southwest Montana Applications are due by 03 January 2025 Application - https://tr.ee/qa0A06zwpB Overview: Special Operations Service Members participate in a unique workshop set in a remote location in southwest Montana. This program guides participants through discussions surrounding a life of service, the difficult decisions surrounding transition, and the challenging landscape of returning Home. Through a mix of outdoor experiences, conversations, and guided processes, participants discover pathways towards healthy transition, purpose beyond uniform, and meaningful impact in their personal lives, families, and communities. Timeline:  19 DEC - 03 JAN: Application window - https://tr.ee/qa0A06zwpB 03 - 10 JAN: Interview and selection 10 - 31 JAN: Remote prep work, consisting of administrative and program related tasks designed to best prepare you for the immersion in Montana (expect up to 2-3 hours of weekly work).

When the pandemic hit in 2020, The Station pivoted from in-person to virtual programming. What started as a necessity quickly revealed a powerful truth: even through a screen, community can still be built and felt as long as people have the platform to share their stories. Through dedicated facilitators and trusted virtual spaces, our SOF Community found ways to decrease isolation and create genuine bonds despite physical distance. These courses still thrive today, reaching families unable to commit to a 9-day Montana immersive program. The capstone of this Gold Star leadership trip was attending the Army-Navy game, where Army, Navy, and MARSOC Gold Star Students sat side-by-side enjoying one of the most storied rivalries in college football.
