Siegfried professionals in New York put on their chef’s hats to connect with like-minded colleagues both inside and outside the Firm at a pasta-making class hosted by Nicole Reggio, CPA, Senior Manager & Relationship Team Leader. Bonding throughout the process and helping each other over the learning curve, the evening proved to be not only tasty but an incredible and interactive relationship-building experience! “We shared countless stories, discussed travel, expressed our gratitude, and built a strong sense of community. It was a wonderful way to start the holiday season and highlight what our Firm is all about!” shared Jane Tamassia, MY Relationships Associate.

Last month, New Jersey kicked it straight through the goal posts with an outstanding event at the Giants vs. Eagles game at MetLife Stadium! Between enjoying great food, drinks, and a lively game, and sporting some unique Siegfried swag, spirits were high, and everyone was energized to connect more throughout the season.

The 2024-25 Siegfried Fellows journeyed to NYC earlier this month to explore leadership in action. 🚀 First stop: A corporate site visit to Cisco, where we engaged with Florent Dalencourt, Solutions Engineering Director. A big takeaway from our time with Florent was the importance of being nimble as you navigate your professional career—adapting to changes while staying true to your core values. 🌍 Next up: An impactful session with Sarah Ilchman, Co-President of Institute of International Education. Sarah brilliantly talked about how to "Lead Change" by following your purpose to the right opportunities, a powerful reminder that values should guide us through challenges and decisions. A heartfelt thank you to both of these global leaders for their time, generosity, and insights. Your lessons have inspired us all! 🛤️ Pause & Reflect: One of my favorite moments was on the High Line (pic), where our group shared the importance of exposure to new experiences, perspectives, & environments in fostering deeper understanding on one's values and aspirations as leaders. Experiences like these are at the heart of the Siegfried Fellows program, which seeks to cultivate reflective, values-driven leaders prepared to make an impact in the world.
