How is the tech hiring market changing today? What are the differences compared to 2 years ago? And to the beginning of 2024? These are some of the questions we've discussed in episode 10 of our podcast, amongst other topics like the role of AI in hiring, remote work, and the technical expectations of Engineering Managers. We had a guest this time, Peter Batiz, an independent recruiter specializing in tech leadership positions, and the co-author of Peter’s Getting Hired as an EM articles. Links in the first comment.

Earlier this week we published our first interview with Benoit Terpereau, CPTO at Lunii, and it was a blast! The main theme was the 4-day workweek Lunii introduced recently, we discussed motivations, concerns, and potential pain points to avoid. Finally, we ended up discussing the use of AI in the context of educational toys for children -- it was interesting to see how Lunii is approaching this field.
