Lovejoy clarifies, “It’s not about the technology; it’s about the people developing it.” Ignite Impact brought Lovejoy closer to the people behind the innovation, underscoring the human side of technology. Olga Solodukhina’s Oomka.io is revolutionizing corporate learning by providing AI-powered solutions that reduce the time and cost of creating courses. Solodukhina mentions, “We refined our offering for a newly identified B2B target audience.” With clearer market positioning, Solodukhina is helping companies educate their teams more efficiently and effectively. Paloma Gonzalez’s Be the Sunshine is providing trauma-informed coaching and community support to empower individuals. Gonzalez celebrates, “We launched a series of mindfulness workshops that have helped participants cultivate self-awareness.” Gonzalez’s work is about fostering resilience and self-discovery in every participant.
